now, i typically print on 6.2oz comfort colors blanks, though i've dyed on 7.5oz shaka wear and 7.5oz LA apparel blanks for myself, and done both printing and dyeing on 4.2oz bella+canvas and gildan heavy cotton blanks.
i use dyes from dharma trading company, and water-based printing inks, typically from speedball. i heat-set printing inks with a cricut easypress 2, 12x10, and my printing screens come from anthem screen printing.
